Everything your teenager needs to master cooking skills, build real confidence in the kitchen, and complete their DofE Skills Bronze or Silver section with expert, personalised guidance throughout their award.

how it works:

• 2 x 3-Hour In-Person Group Cooking Classes

Join any two of our scheduled teens group classes at Popcorn Pantry in Putney to build core techniques, knife safety, and practical kitchen confidence (covers all required in-person hours for Bronze & Silver).

o   Class Schedules: We run these group classes every school holiday and half-term. You can choose and book upcoming dates listed under Age 13+ Group Classes.

• 5 Step-by-Step Home Recipe Modules

Detailed, easy-to-follow recipe guides for 5 dishes to make at home, supported by our growing library of video tutorials and essential skill videos.

• Direct WhatsApp Advice & Personal Feedback

Dedicated 1-on-1 support throughout their home cooking modules to keep them on track:

o   Ask Me: Students can WhatsApp questions, photos, or progress updates if they need recipe advice or troubleshooting. I review messages regularly and respond as soon as possible (this can be immediate or within a few hours, depending on when I'm in the kitchen!).

o   Tailored Assessor Reviews: After each dish, they submit a photo alongside a quick "What went well / Even better if" note to receive personalized feedback, technique tips, and encouragement.

o   Full Mentorship: I oversee their progress across the full 3-month (Bronze) or 6-month (Silver) period to ensure they meet all DofE criteria.

o   Official DofE Assessor Sign-Off: Once all 5 home recipes and 2 in-person sessions are completed, I officially assess and sign off their DofE Skills section online.

How to Book

• Group Class Package (£250): Please get in touch by completing the form below if you’d like to sign up or would like further information.

• Once booked, you can pick your first 3-hour class from our scheduled holiday/half-term dates under Age 13+ Group Classes.If future term dates or content aren't listed on the website yet, don't worry—your class credit remains on your account until new dates and details drop!

• Private & Small Group Sessions: If you prefer 1-on-1 private tuition or a custom session for a small group of friends, separate pricing applies. Please contact me directly to discuss private rates and dates.
