Terms AND CONDITIONS

We are unable to offer a refund on cancelled bookings .   If you are unable to attend a class, you may request to offer your place to a friend which will need to be agreed to by us. If you cancel a place on a group lesson and wish to reschedule and if over three week’s notice are given, it may be possible to offer a transfer to another future group lesson. However, as we have limited dates available, we cannot guarantee this. Private lessons: if over one month’s notice is given, we may be able to offer another date for the class, but as we have limited dates available, we cannot guarantee this. We are not liable for any class missed due to circumstances such as weather, travel or illness.

Popcorn Pantry aim to cater for dietary preferences and minor intolerances, but cannot accommodate those with serious allergies as lessons take place in a domestic setting where allergens may be present.

We may take photographs or videos during courses for use on our social media or for marketing purposes. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would not like yourself or your child to be photographed or filmed.

We have two small and friendly dogs. If you would prefer them not to be present during class, please let us know (we will ask again when you arrive and will not let them join us unless you would like them to).

Popcorn Pantry cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents. Any property brought to class is at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the property, nor do we accept any liability to any student.
